1. Overview

Resolvo, operated by Ofir Mor, is committed to customer satisfaction. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

2. Coin Purchase Refunds

If you purchased Coins and have not yet spent them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@resolvoai.app with your order details.

3. Solution Refunds

If a delivered solution is fundamentally defective or does not match the description provided in your proposal, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, refund the Coins spent on that solution.

Refund requests for solutions may be denied if:

  • The solution was delivered as described and functions correctly.
  • The request is made more than 14 days after delivery.
  • The solution has already been deployed or extensively used.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • If a refund is issued for a Coin purchase, any Coins from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

  • Your account email address.
  • The transaction or order ID.
  • The reason for your refund request.
